By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services Provided
Pro Ashburn Cleaning LLC offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The scope, duration, and cost of the services will be agreed upon prior to service delivery. Any additional services requested will require a separate agreement.
Appointments and Scheduling
a. Booking Services: Clients can book cleaning services via phone, email, or our website. All appointments are subject to availability.
b. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability, and must also be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule within the stated timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
c. Access to Property: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, we may charge a cancellation fee.
Payments and Billing
a. Payment Terms:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept PayPal, Credit Card.
b. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 within 7 days of the service completion date.
c. Refunds: Refunds are only issued for services not rendered due to cancellations made within the allowable timeframe or as otherwise determined at our discretion.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the property is safe for our team to perform cleaning services.
- Remove valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned.
- Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requirements or hazardous conditions.
Liability
a. Damage or Loss: While we take utmost care during our services, Pro Ashburn Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or loss of items unless caused by our negligence. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
b. Health and Safety: Our team follows all safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse services in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services to any client for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
Use of Website
a. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pro Ashburn Cleaning LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
b. Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to unauthorized access, spreading malware, or copying content without permission.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia Jurisdiction
